Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty:

All products sold by Pink Noise Professionals Pvt. Ltd come with a warranty. The duration of the warranty may vary according to the terms set by the manufacturer. For further information about the warranty policy, please refer to the manufacturer’s website.

Back Orders:

Customers with pending back orders can cancel their orders within 21 days of payment. A cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply, which could include transaction fees, credit card charges, or applicable taxes.

Return Process:

Once a product has been shipped from our office, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. However, if you wish to request a return, please follow the steps outlined below.

IMPORTANT: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the billing amount for approved return requests, at our discretion.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order at info@pinknoisepro.com, stating your intent or reason for return.
  • Await authorization from us before shipping the product back.
  • Ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging, with all accessories unopened and unused.
  • Ship the product back to us, with the shipping costs borne by the customer.
